Cart
Collect products you would like to buy by clicking ‘add to cart’. After that, click on the shopping cart button and follow the instructions to continue your order.
If you want to change the amount of your shopping cart, you can change the number of quantity by typing the right amount or use the less(down) or more(up) button.
If you press ‘0’, the product will be removed form the shopping cart. If you have made any changes, click ‘update cart’ to save the changes.
To complete your order you should be logged in. You will need your username (which could be your e-mail address) and password.

The Netherlands: € 4,95 (orders above € 55,00 = free shipping)
Belgium: € 4,95 (orders above € 55,00 = free shipping)
Germany: € 4,95 (orders above € 55,00 = free shipping)
France: € 15,62 (orders above € 195,00 = free shipping)

For orders abroad we use the current PostNL shipping rates. You can see the rate for your destination during the ordering process or feel free to contact us for any further information.

Normally your order reaches you within 3-5 working days.

Returns
You can return your package within 14 days. If you have ordered something and decide that you do not want it after all, you can always return it if it meets the return conditions. Within the United Kingdom, you pay £3.50 excluding VAT for return costs. Outside the United Kingdom, you pay the shipping costs yourself.
Please contact us to request a return. Please include your order number and/or invoice number. After registering your return, you will receive a barcode from us that you can scan at a PostNL point. You do not need to print your own return label. Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the return amount.
If we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will refund the shipping costs.

- The item is unopened or in its original condition and original packaging
- The item is undamaged
- The item is reasonably well packed and protected for shipping
- Please include your order number or invoice number with the return shipment
- Your return shipment must be reported to us in advance
